Downtown Roanoke Gift Certificates

The Downtown Roanoke Gift Certificate Program provides a great choice for downtown customers.  Redeemable at almost every member of Downtown Roanoke, Inc. (DRI), the Gift Certificates can be used for a myriad of goods and services.  Please note, they cannot be redeemed solely for cash.

Each Gift Certificate comes with a gift envelope and a current list of participating businesses.
 

How to Purchase

Gift Certificates may be purchased in the denomination of your choice. Recipients may spend the certificate like cash at participating businesses. For your convenience, you may use cash, check, money order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) for your purchase.

In Person:  Gift Certificates may be purchased at Downtown Roanoke, Inc., 213 Market Street, 3rd floor, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.  Certificates can also be purchased at five Stellar One Bank branches: Market Street, Hollins Office, Crossroads Office, Vinton Office, and Tanglewood Office.

Please Note:

  • Gift Certificates may be purchased in any amount.  They are written in $5 and $10 increments.  Multiple gift certificates may be purchased at one time.

  • Gift Certificates may be purchased with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. If purchasing in person, you may also pay by check or money order, payable to Downtown Roanoke, Inc., or with cash.  If purchasing at a Stellar One location, please use checks and money orders drawn on Stellar One if using that method of payment. 

  • For bulk orders of five (5) or more gift certificates please contact Downtown Roanoke, Inc., to place your order – 540.342.2028.

  • We regret that we are unable to replace lost or stolen certificates.
