This fun event occurs on the second Sunday in October from Noon to 5:00pm at Elmwood Park in downtown Roanoke, Virginia.
The festival coincides with Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15 to Oct. 15) and celebrates the Latino culture and traditions. Crowds from Roanoke’s Latino, Anglo, African-American, Asian, Mediterranean and other communities pour in from opening until closing to enjoy the performances, food, crafts, and to gather information from the many acts, vendors, and community services organizations that attend the event.
The Admission for this event is free.
Alcohol and animals (except those aiding the disabled) are prohibited at the festival.
