The Market Gallery featured artists are Magae Hartzell and Cheng Fen Yeh for February 28 through March 28. Their show "Seeing from the Heart", is an invitation to meet and chat with the artists at the reception Friday March 2, Art by Night, 5:30 to 9pm. Artists will provide gallery talks at 6:30 and 7pm.
Magae's all new abstract work is a radical departure of creative energy that pushes the boundaries and possibilities. Her experimental paintings abound with color and fluid movement. They are inspired by metaphysical and spiritual interests.
Cheng Fen's new work includes luminous landscapes, still life and portraiture in watercolor that captivate feeling yet offer simplicity of washes, brushstroke, color and shape conveyed through both east and west watercolor techniques.
