Wake Forest MBA Movies in the Park.

On the second Friday of every month, May through October, Elmwood Park will feature a new movie – FREE. That’s right, FREE.  Bring your lawn chair or blanket and enjoy a movie under the stars.  Seating starts at 7:00 p.m. and the movie will begin at dark.  Enjoy hotdogs, fresh popcorn, candy, drinks and more with our onsite concessionaire Fun Time Rentals and Productions. In the City Employee Appreciation Day

Downtown Roanoke Inc. is proud to announce that Friday, June 20th is In the City T-shirt and Employee Appreciation Day.  On this particular day, everyone in the downtown workforce is encouraged to wear a limited edition T-Shirt to show their pride in downtown Roanoke.  “In the City Day” was created to help build support for downtown development and reinforce pride in the hearts of those who play, work, live, love downtown.

 

These unique shirts can be purchased for $12.00 ($14.00 for XX Large) and can be customized with a business or organizational logo (black only) on the back for a small additional charge of $1.00 per shirt.

 

Also, when you purchase this one-of-a-kind t-shirt, you will receive FREE dessert provided by The Little Dipper in Market Square on June 20th.  That’s right, everyone who purchases and wears this wonderful shirt on June 20th will enjoy live entertainment and FREE goodies in Market Square!
