Outlook Roanoke Plan

Outlook Roanoke Update is downtown Roanoke's five-year master plan (2002-2007). It sets forth a bold vision of a 24-hour downtown where people of all ages can come to work, visit, live and play. The plan was co-sponsored by the City of Roanoke and DRI and developed through a series of workshops with downtown stakeholders, completed in 2002. Urban Design Associates was the consulting firm that developed the document. The files are broken down into the four major parts of the plan.
