It’s that time again … time to show your pride in downtown Roanoke. In the City Day is right around the corner! On June 18, 2010 we encourage everyone to wear a one-of-a-kind T-shirt designed by the valley’s favorite artist….Eric Fitzpatrick! This wonderful design, “Eric Paints the Town,” showcases all the fabulous things you can see or do downtown.

This year all orders must be submitted to Downtown Roanoke, Incorporated by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4th, to insure that we are able to get the T-shirts ready for pick up on Wednesday, June 16th. Customized orders with business name and logo can be printed on the sleeve of the T-shirt for an additional charge per shirt (see attached form). Please request your orders on the following form and return it with payment to Downtown Roanoke, Incorporated at 213 Market Street, Roanoke, VA 24011. We hope that everyone who works in the downtown area and supports our continuing development will wear this fantastic shirt!

Little DipperThe Little Dipper and Downtown Roanoke Inc. will present In the City Day on June 18th – all those who purchased their In the City T-Shirt are invited to come out to Market Square to receive a FREE sundae compliments of Little Dipper and enjoy live entertainment in Market Square from 11:30 – 3:00 pm. It’s our way of saying thank YOU for working downtown!
