Tom Perry, Patrick County author of 16 regional histories, will talk about Confederate Gen. J.E.B. Stuart and his brothers in arms at a meeting of the Historical Society of Western Virginia on Tuesday, January 24th at 4pm.
Perry started the J.E.B. Stuart Birthplace at Ararat and he has written extensively and has spoken on many historical themes about Patrick and Henry counties and the Civil War. He has a Free State of Patrick blog and he has received several educational awards for his work.
