For the third year in a row, Q99 FM, SunTrust Bank and the law firm of Gentry, Locke, Rakes & Moore are teaming up to host the “Souper Bowl,” an event that involves a lot of delicious soup and beautiful bowls made by local potters. Proceeds from the event benefit the Rescue Mission and Roanoke Area Ministries

This year’s Souper Bowl will feature soups from 20 different restaurants. As in previous years, each paying guest will leave with a bowl handcrafted by artists from the Blue Ridge Potters Guild, 16 Hands, and The Rescue Mission Art Studio.
