Walk-ins welcome! Stop by the Main Library to take care of your DMV needs without all those long lines.

DMV's Connect, our "office in a suitcase," provides nearly every DMV service, including:

Driver's licenses and ID cards
Titles and registrations (title is mailed)
License plates
Driver transcripts
Disabled parking placards or plates
Address changes
Passenger vehicle and CDL knowledge testing (not available at all visits)
Virginia vital records (birth, death, marriage and divorce certificates are mailed)
