Born and raised in Appalachia, his music is steeped in the struggles of West Virginia—economic hardship, addiction, and loss—and woven with threads of resilience and hard-won hope. In addition to his original work, Seldomridge delivers dynamic interpretations of songs by legendary singer-songwriters like Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, and the Grateful Dead, as well as modern voices like Tyler Childers and Zach Bryan.
