Our Universe is back. After a brief orbital break, this two-day festival of authentic artistry and self-expression makes its cosmic return to Roanoke. Star talent from far and wide will travel to light up the stage with local and regional performers in this empowering event that aims to uplift underrepresented communities, especially Performers of Color and the queer community. Featured weekend headliners include: multi-title holder and disability activist, Jacqueline Boxx; Reigning 2024 Mx. Exotic World, Honey Bee Rose; 1st alt Mr. TX Forever 2024, Campbell Reid Andrews; and National Bearded Empress 2022, Vagenesis.

Weekend Showcases

8/22 Friday night showcase: ATMOSPHERE- the opening night to set the tone. A no-theme showcase featuring a variety of performances to kick-off the weekend celebration.

8/23 Saturday night showcase: DEFINITION OF A DIVA - a loose theme aimed to reclaim any negative connotations the word "diva" holds while showcasing individuals' own definitions of the word regardless of gender and/or gender expression, sexual orientation, etc.
