Get Ready Roanoke...The Virginia Museum of Transportation in Partnership with the Norfolk & Western Historical Society is hosting the Roanoke Railway Expo; November 7th (10am - 5pm) and November 8th (11am - 4pm). It will be the first Model Train Show in Roanoke in 30 years. We will have model railway vendors of all gauges mingled with Museum Exhibits, food trucks, photo ops, cab tours, raffles and more! The Norfolk & Western Historical Society will be hosting an Open House at their Archives. Come out for fun-filled day of model railroading adventures in support of the 611 Steam Program.
