Writers of all kinds are welcome to join us every other Sunday to talk craft, share our work, ask for feedback and/or advice, and get a bit of writing done. We are an inclusive group that has been meeting since the end of January 2024 and welcomes new writers at almost every meetup. We are fiction writers, poets, memoir and essay writers, local journalists, podcasters, self-help gurus, and more. No experience or sharing necessary, just an urge and will to write.

Bring a notebook and/or laptop and your current work-in-progress. (If you don't have anything you are currently working on, we can help by providing a prompt and inspiration!)

We meet at Blindhouse Beer Co (534 Salem Ave SW, Roanoke, VA 24016) from 2:00pm - 3:30ish and encourage you to support one of our favorite businesses by buying a snack and/or drink (non-alcoholic beverages are available).
