The Regency Room is thrilled to bring back the Wine Dinner Series in 2026 at The Regency Room, and Chef de Cuisine Wells Selbe is kicking things off with a bold and unforgettable culinary experience: a Winter Wild Game Wine Dinner on January 29, 2026 at 6 p.m.

This multi-course journey celebrates the rich, rustic flavors of the season with carefully prepared game meats, elevated techniques, and thoughtfully layered pairings. From delicately grilled quail to Wild Boar Ravioli each course is designed to warm the winter soul while showcasing Chef Wells’ creative approach to refined Southern cuisine.
