Join the fun as the GREAT RACE stops at the Virginia Museum of Transportation in Roanoke, Virginia as part of a nine-day rally from St. Paul, MN to Irmo, SC. This is a FREE event, with a family-friendly atmosphere, so bring the kids and welcome more than 140 classic cars and trucks (1974 and earlier) as they roll into town. The museum will be open until 9:00 pm.
You’ll have easy access to the cars, drivers, and navigators. In some cases, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see cars that are more than 100 years old, competing in this long-distance rally. There are also high-end sports cars, muscle cars, classics, and hot rods. The Great Race will only be in town for a short time, so don’t miss your chance to check out the old cars!
