Join us for a gallery talk celebrating Tiffany glass and recent additions to the Taubman Museum of Art’s Permanent Collection.

Local Tiffany glass aficionado John Hall will introduce the work of Louis Comfort Tiffany and Tiffany Studios, discussing Tiffany’s artistic innovations, the glass types and techniques that define the studio’s work, and the enduring appeal of these remarkable objects. The presentation will also highlight the Museum’s recently acquired Tiffany works and conclude with a look at several notable Tiffany glass sites within a day’s drive of Roanoke.

Whether you are new to Tiffany or a longtime admirer, this program offers an opportunity to learn more about one of America’s most celebrated decorative arts traditions and to discover remarkable examples both in the Museum’s collection and throughout the region.
